What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are

AgenticTech Automations FZCO(“we”, “us”), trading as Agentic Tech Automations, registered at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us when you get in touch. Depending on how you reach us, that can include:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your company name and role, if you share them.
• What you write to us about your business and the process you want to automate.
• The section of the site you contacted us from. Our WhatsApp links carry a short tag (for example “from: hero”) so we know which page prompted your message.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use. It does not tell us who you are. Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored. Google Analytics sets cookies; you can opt out with a browser extension or by blocking third-party scripts. We do not run advertising trackers.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used: where people click and scroll, and recordings of how visitors move through the site. Clarity is set to mask text and images, so anything you type is hidden and recordings show layout and interaction rather than content. We use this to find parts of the site that are confusing, not to identify anyone.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and set up a call.
• To prepare a scope and quote if you ask for one.
• To keep a record of what we agreed with you.

Our lawful basis is that you asked us to get in touch, and that we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

To talk to you we use a small number of third-party services, each of which processes your data under its own privacy terms:

• Cal.com if you book a meeting. Handles your name, email and the time slot you choose.
• WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there. Handles your phone number and message content.
• Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics and masked session recordings, as described above.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. We choose providers with recognised security practices and do not share your details with anyone else without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within 12 months of the last message. If you become a client, we keep correspondence and agreements for as long as required by UAE commercial record-keeping rules, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your details.
• Stop contacting you.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
